To my understanding, the official website www.ballance.org hosted several free level downloads and the game itself before it was shut down sometime after 2008. In either case, German developer Cyparade reinvented the ball in this creative puzzle game and it’s worth a try.

At the beginning of the game, you will be presented with your own power station and one or two town that needs power and you will need to use your power lines to connect your station to the town. You also have a meter that you need to adjust properly wrong adjustment could result in power shortage or overloading. Colors and arrows are used to raise or lower the power. The game will challenge your thinking skills and how fast you understand and remember things, every knowledge you gain from each level will be very useful in the succeeding levels, you might start having a straightforward thinking but as you progress you’ll do balancing and planning and many other logical skills.

Be careful on your taps

The controls of the game are pretty simple, mostly requiring a tap to make things work. If you want to know what wire to use, just tap. But you have to be careful with your taps especially for things closer to each other because one wrong tap could ruin your game. You will also see speech bubbles if townsfolk need help but be careful when you tap it as it might cause the whole town complaining, the tip for that is to tap on random items on the screen for the bubble speech to disappear.

1st reason, it takes a while to load, to be fair my device isnt very good so I will let you off lol. 2nd, I just wish there were more updates and new features. These are the reason why it's 3 star. And last, it's just weird seeing so many copy's of this.

Power lines vary depending on the use. Heavy duty lines obviously are for heavy-duty needs and regular lines works the same way, but in order to be successful in this game you have to know the difference, for example, you need to connect your two towns, the best strategy is to use heavy duty line in the first town then use regular line to connect your second town to the first to avoid overloading.

Work as fast as you can to avoid declining your progress bar, you see the longer the town doesn’t have power the lesser the chance to get three stars so be quick to respond to challenges and always remember what you’ve learned from the previous level.

Overview

Balance - Power Grid is a puzzle game about power grids. You place cables, pylons and power generators to make sure there are no blackouts. Through a series of challenges you build power grids that are functional, and that produce the right amount of power.
As you progress you must adjust the level of power for day and night to match the demand. Apply limits on how much power is transmitted through a single power line so it doesn't overload. Build in contingency so that downed power-lines don't bring down the whole system.
You do not need any knowledge about electricity or power grids in order to enjoy this game. Balance is developed by Statnett, the system operator in the Norwegian energy system, and is based on real challenges they work with every day. The game has been very popular on Google Play and now counts over 2 million downloads.
